What an adventure! Took the Moanalua Valley trail up to the top of the #HaikuStairs and then did a lap down and back up the shoddy old staircase. My quads were quivering after the “run” down the 3,922 steps - it’s a full body workout, using your arms and hands on the rails to descend. The climb back up was so steep, my Garmin wouldn’t even register pace - no horizontal movement 😆. 2000ft in less than a mile.
